Unexpected Party!!!!!

My birthday was October 13th and I turned 26! We spent it driving 6 hours home from California with a fussy baby. Not quite what I wanted to do on my birthday, but we had just spent a wonderful week at California so I was completely fine with it. That evening the hubby took me out to dinner and then had chocolate covered strawberries, bananas, and cheesecake for dessert at the house. It was so sweet and thoughtful. My birthday came and went, or so I thought...

That following Sunday after church, Tanner goes to check next door if food was ready at my mom's house. He came back and it was ready so he told me to come eat. I had to get dressed so as I was getting dressed, he just stands there watching me. I thought it was kinda weird, but didn't say anything. Since he was standing there, it made me rush on my choice of clothes, as you will see. So we go next door and I walk into the front room and....

 Surprise!!!

 I was completely caught off guard and 100% surprised. It took a few seconds to gather my thoughts and figure out why the heck all these people were looking at me. It was so exciting!

I have the best husband, family and friends. They are so sweet and thoughtful. Thanks to all who surprised me and for all the birthday wishes! Oh and a special thanks to my sister Alissa for taking the pictures. You really captured the moment I was surprised and confused.
