Arizona Monsoons // Lightening Storm

One of my favorite things about Arizona summers are the monsoons. We had a really good one last week and I was able to snap a few photos from my backyard.

So as most of you know, my love for Arizona has grown so much over the years. When I was younger, I used to hate the desert and thought we lived in the ugliest state ever. So much has changed. I can't believe how much beauty I was missing out on. Desert landscape is so beautiful and I love the beauty we have here in Arizona.

These beautiful wild horses are at the Salt River often. I love watching them. Something about horses is so beautiful to me. 

Another thing I love about Arizona is the beautiful cacti especially during the spring. I love seeing the desert in full bloom.
