It's that time again! My dad is smoking more smoked meat this weekend. This meat is awesome. He uses Pecan wood and slow roast these meats for about 14 hours.

• Smoked Pulled Pork $7.00 per pound (2lb minimum)

• Smoked Beef Brisket $8.00 per pound (2lb minimum)

Please place your order by 5:00pm on THURSDAY 8-4-11

Meat will be ready for pickup on 8-5-11 after 12:00p.m.

Located near Gilbert and McDowell in Mesa.

NEED A LARGE ORDER FOR A SPECIFIC DATE? He can smoke up to 600 pounds at a time. Contact Steve to place a large order.
