Chandra's Hair // Curled

I am really getting used to my short hair. It's been to easy to manage and keep up with. Just recently it's been long enough to add some body by curling it with a straightener and it seriously is so easy! I don't know if I will ever go back to long hair again after seeing how easy it is to make it look decent. When I had long hair I would have it in a pony tail probably 90% of the time, because it was easy to do. It's been fun being able to play around with my hair. We shall see what the future brings, but for now I'm loving it.

Chandra's Hair

I am trying to keep track of all the stages of my hair to find out which stage I like best. I am liking the length right now, but I think I might grow it out a little longer to see what I like since I can always chop it off again if I want.

New Hair Venture

I am no longer platinum blonde! I know crazy! My regrowth was getting way too out of control and it was so much maintenance, which I didn't do, so I was ready for a change.

I went to the best, Darcy Allen, at Hair Do Salon in Gilbert. It's such a cute salon! It's located on the Northwest corner of Val Vista and Baseline right next to Zupas. Darcy is awesome and has lots of experience, especially with short cuts, which is hard to find. She also takes the time for best results.

Follow her on instagram: darcy_does_hair for giveaways and specials. She is simply the best! Thanks Darcy! I love my new fall hair!

Hair Updates

My hair started coming back a couple weeks ago and its coming in dark! I will never forget how excited I felt when I could see definition between my forehead and my hairline. Of course, I was pretty much the only person that could really notice it, but it was exciting. This photo was taken a couple days ago, so there's a lot more definition than I saw the first day I noticed it.
These pictures were taken last year at my sisters wedding and it makes me miss my hair, but it makes me have something to look forward to. Who knows, I might even keep a short pixie cut, but either way, I'm so excited to have hair again! I've always complained about how much I hated my thin hair, but this experience has made me truly appreciate what I have and taught me not to complain about it. I can't wait to get my thin hair back! Whohoo! Hooray for hair!!!!!!
