Grandkids // Mother's Day Present
My sisters and I got our kids together for a little grand kids session for my Mom and Grandma. My sister, Alissa also wrote a beautiful poem that we printed on one of the photos:
Grandma
By Alissa Rowley
"What was your Grandma like?" some kids may ask.
And for some Grandma's the answer might be quite a task
Because their Grandma may not have been around
To play games or push on a Merry-Go-Round.
They weren't there to tell all their secrets to
Or ask, "Grandma I messed up. What should I do?"
They were too busy for all the sweet moments past,
Of kissing the boo boo's, and making moments that last.
But our answers are easy and make us feel warm,
Because our Grandma was there and that's not always the norm.
You are the reason why us kids are around.
We love you, we love you, we love you a lot!
For the huggies, and the laughies, and great things you've taught!
My sister Alissa also took the photos. They turned out so cute and Grandma loved them!

Wilkins Reunion
This past weekend we had a Wilkins Family Reunion up in Pinetop, AZ. We celebrated Tanner's Grandparent's 50th Wedding Anniversary. It was a nice getaway and escape from the heat. We stayed in Aunt Denise's cabin which is a pretty cool cabin. Her decor style is totally hippi and it's pretty awesome.
There were kids galore and Kaydence was in heaven. Being an only child, she really appreciates playing with kids since she doesn't have it 24/7 like most kids. Jennifer brought up her shaved ice machine and she made some yummy shaved ice.
This is Denise's parrot, and I can't even remember his name, but Kaydence loves him. She spent a lot of her time talking to him trying to get him to talk.
Kaydence has so much fun with these two cousins of hers. Friends come and go, but cousins stay forever.
Aunt Denise has a pretty sweet "Toothless" dragon that Kaydence and the kids love playing with. The first time we visited Denise's cabin with Kaydence, she fell immediately in love so we ended up trying to find one for her. We found a plush one for her birthday, so it wasn't as legit as Denise's, but it did the trick. But this one is pretty legit.
Our last night, we had a family baseball game. Even though I was so sore the next day, it really was a lot of fun. Really shows me how out of shape I am.
Here's all the families that came up for the reunion. It was a lot of fun and I'm glad we were able to make some fun memories with the family. Happy Anniversary Grandma and Grandpa Wilkins!

Great Grandma Rowley
Kaydence is so incredibly lucky to have her beautiful Great Grandma Rowley living here with us. She is making some great memories with her that I know she will cherish forever. Every day she asks me if she can go visit "great great grandma". They have such a special bond and I'm go grateful for that. We love you Grandma Rowley!
