Girls Night Halloween Dance Party

One of my best and most amazing friends, Jami, sent us a text saying she heard about this Halloween Dance party. She had me at Halloween, and then when I heard Dance, I was sold. So the 3 amigos, Rachel, Jami and I, went to this party that we didn't really know anyone, and had the time of our lives. It actually was a social media party for bloggers and influencers. They had a delicious dinner for us and a Q&A style dinner so we could ask questions about them. They also had a raffle and I won a cute little sign for my bedroom! We finished off the night dancing the night away with all these amazing and hilarious girls. Ended up finding out we did know a couple of them. The best costume ever was a couple girls that dressed up like Napoleon and Pedro. Seriously so funny!

 

September Randoms

Some September randoms...

My girlfriends from my ward and I had a girls night getaway. We went to downtown Gilbert and had dinner at El Barrio. It was delicious! Then we went to a hotel a few miles down the road and had an amazing sleepover. We all really enjoyed a little getaway close to home.

We got 2 rooms, but brought one of the mattresses from the other room into our room so we could have a big slumber party. We stayed up for hours talking, laughing, telling embarrassing stories. Then we fell asleep to watching I Feel Pretty. Best girls night movie ever! I think were going to make this a regular thing.

Girls Night!

Every time Debbysue visits, we try to do a girls night. This time we went out to Pei Wei's in Tempe. We couldn't find a parking spot for the life of us since it was downtown Tempe, so we parked in a parking spot at Jack in The Box. After a great dinner we came back to my car gone! They had towed it! I couldn't believe it. We were there for about an hour. It was so annoying! Called the number on the sign and someone answered and said they're closed, but it we could get out there ASAP we could come get the car. I was so upset, but it made for a good story. $150 later, I got my car back safe and sound. Never again am I doing that!

After dinner, we had a spend the night with Deb and her kids. They had so much fun together! Wish we could have them around all the time!

Goodman Sister's // Girls Night

So my wonderful sister in laws have talked about having a girls night on a regular basis. We've talked about it forever, but for it to actually happen, someone had to start planning. Jen made that happen! She came up with Pinterest Recipes theme, so we all made something we've pinned on Pinterest but have never actually made. Dinner was delicious! It was such a fun night and even though we've all hung out, I never really felt like I we all knew Jen like we did that night. We learned a lot about each other and may or may not have shared some of our deepest darkest secrets. It was so fun and refreshing. We've decided to do them about every 3-4 months. So excited for the next one! Love these sisters of mine!

Girls Night with Swansons

One of my best cousins, Shantay, visited for a couple weeks and we got to steal her away for a girls night one night. It was so much fun. We went to Gecko, Sweet Tooth Fairy, and then went back to the Swanson's and hung out all night into the wee hours (meaning 11 for me haha) talking by the firepit. I miss that girl so much!!! I am so grateful we still have each other even being away, we always will be best cousins. 

Goodman Girls Night!

We had a fun girls night with the Goodman sisters. Rachel, Katie and Mom could come plus the kiddos. We went  to Olive Garden and the wait was so long that we went shopping at Burlington to burn some time. It was fun to have just the girls together. We decided we definitely need to make it more a regular thing. Thanks Katie for setting it up!
