This past weekend was Tanner’s last weekend before he starts his new job, so Tanner wanted to get away somewhere for the weekend. We decided to go camping, but then last second decided it would be more relaxing to camp in a cabin, which pretty much makes it not camping. My sister’s in laws were gracious enough to let us stay in their awesome cabin in Payson which is only about an hour away. The weather was PERFECT. Not too cold, not too hot, just the way I like it. We set up a little teepee in the front yard and that was just the right amount of camping for us. It was so much fun.
On a side note, poor Kaydence screamed about 45 mins on the way home. It was so sad. We think her ears hurt because they couldn’t pop. Anyone else have problems with their kids crying while driving up north? She had never done that before, so we weren’t sure what happened. She was perfecty fine when we got home.
All in all, it was a great weekend. We got home just in time for Easter celebrations the next day.

Gorgeous photos! And as for Kaydence crying, that has happened with my boys in mountains in California. I'm sure it was from pressure in their ears. Next time, I'd make sure she is eating a snack or drinking something, sucking on candy, whatever you can give her to get her to be periodically swallowing to pop her ears every now and then.
Such sweet pictures! LOVIN' the TP
Thanks!
Yeah that's what we figured it was. We gave her a fruit snack to chew on and it kind of settled her down, but she was still whining. Poor thing.
